I feel that the topic was hard and tricky but I answered it and it was that she was innocent.

The article talks about that during the crime she had no blood on her clothes, that Jean was near her, she was trying to stop the bleeding, differences between the apartment rooms, and some other reasons that are not important.

This was not logical because she got scared so she shot him. But this also goes emotion because her feelings caused her to panic. My view is that police got evidence to back up Amber. This is important because it supports the claim that she is innocent. The progress in this is not that high but is boosted for Amber and the opposite for Jean.

There was no equity between this. For Ideology it was her belief to find evidence for her. For Social their was little talking between Amber and Jean but a lot with the defendant and and the court. In Political the government and the police help Amber look innocent. The Introduction was with Amber's defense and the judge. While the Cultural was just White against African American and the White is trying to win. However Economic was not shown during the article.

This connects with the objective by learning history was not fair for different types of people including this article. So we have have to fight between the unfair in order to be successful. The perspectives and ISPICE are the vocabulary. So I finished so you can't be mad if I did it wrong. I tried my best and I'll see you in the next comment. Good Bye!

I think that Amber committed the crime because she killed someone which is a crime. My view on the death of Jean was even though she should go to jail I felt like she was going to get away with it just like the other cops in America. The website that my teacher gave said that Amber was on 'autopilot' when it happen. But then in the website there were evidence against her like "She failed to notice a skylight, a neighbor's decorative planter, Jean's red dormant and difference in the hallways..." could make her go to jail on the third paragraph. The research that I did on Justice Or Nah that should have been in Your Evidence could help her not go to jail like she was doing what she had to do and that it was proven as manslaughter. Amber's texts help her be free or go to jail for the crime she committed.

Well that is all the evidence I can give for this and I will see you all soon. Good Bye!

The first reply of my own is for Your Evidence while the second one of mine is for this one called Justice Or Nah. And this is to remind you about the first two reply.
