I think Amber Guyger is responsible for committing manslaughter. The justification is that Amber told she had mistakenly entered the wrong apartment and thought there was a burglar in her apartment, On the other hand instead of letting the man tell her that it was his apartment she'd shot the man. Now Amber has been sent to jail for life.

I think that Amber should be held accountable for this you would think when you walk in all this stuff is not mine im in the wrong house but in stead she killed him

Hammurabi would define Justice in this case by giving Amber fines but not putting her in jail for a long time because she was trying to do the right thing. I also think that if she is a officer she has has to pay attention so that she doesn’t make a mistake like this. Also when a cop sees someone that they think is committing a crime they shouldn’t shoot them immediately.

I think Amber Guyger intently committed the crime because the person she killed was a black man try to target him.In the article it says Jean had smoked marijuana to help treat his ADHD after he stopped taking his prescribed medication. Also it said She was so tired that she asked her supervisor to take a day the next day.S that can tell you that she was not thinking right when she did the crime.

The way the hammaurabi code would have defined justice in this case is that when the white lady killed the black man than they would had killed her because first of all she killed someone so they would had killed her and plus they will think that she was being racist.

Hammurabi would define justice in this case because they wants to put Amber in for a long time and I think she is innocent but she can also me guilty and if she knew that she was a police officer she wouldn't do that to that man.

I believe that Amber Guyger has committed manslaughter.Even though she thought there was a burglar in her apartment she shouldn’t have shot him.If she just had talked to him and maybe kept her distance she would know she had the wrong apartment, instead she just shot him.And she even had a chance to save him but she was busy talking with her partner.Hammurabi code would have define justice, meaning they would let Jean shoot Amber.

The way that the Hammurabi code would have defined justice in this case is when Amber had killed Botham then they would have killed Amber as well because they would think that Amber was showing racism and did it on purpose.
